MIA Chat, Generated Artifacts, and Workspace Outputs

MIA is CosentriQ's AI-assisted evaluation copilot. When you interact with MIA, we may process your inputs to generate starter evaluation artifacts, including Model Behavior Profiles, Guardrails Summaries, Intended Use & Limitations documents, Evaluation Rubrics, Evaluation Notebook recommendations, scenario recommendations, human-side risk hypotheses, and model behavior recommendations.

MIA-generated documents may be saved to your workspace as generated artifacts or workspace sources. Generated artifacts are based on information you provide, uploaded source materials, and AI-assisted processing. You are responsible for reviewing, correcting, and approving generated materials before relying on them for product, deployment, governance, or business decisions.

Uploaded Data and Workspace Sources

When you upload or paste information into CosentriQ, we use that information to provide the Services, including to generate starter evaluation documents, create Evaluation Notebooks, diagnose human-side model behavior risks, generate evaluation scenarios, run agentic simulations, create contributor task briefs, conduct human validation workflows, measure Signal Gap, generate reports and recommendations, and maintain evaluation history within your workspace.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit such materials to CosentriQ. You should not submit personal, sensitive, regulated, or confidential third-party information unless you have authorization to do so and unless your workspace or agreement supports that type of processing.

Human Validation and DollarFifteen Contributor Review

CosentriQ may use DollarFifteen, our paid contributor network, to support human validation workflows. Contributor tasks may include reviewing AI outputs, rating trust or usefulness, identifying confusion or risk, explaining hesitation, describing likely actions, flagging missing context, or providing qualitative feedback.

We take reasonable steps to minimize, redact, aggregate, or de-identify confidential or personal information before contributor review where appropriate. DollarFifteen contributors do not receive access to your full workspace unless expressly authorized. They receive only the task materials necessary to complete assigned evaluation work.

AI Providers and Service Providers

To provide the Services, CosentriQ may use third-party infrastructure and service providers, including cloud hosting providers, database providers, authentication providers, payment processors, analytics providers, email providers, and AI model providers.

We do not authorize third-party AI providers to use customer workspace content, uploaded files, prompts, model outputs, or evaluation materials to train generalized AI models unless explicitly disclosed and permitted by customer consent or agreement.
